This page explains how booking works and what to do if your plans change.
A full individual consultation — $175. It lasts as long as your question needs: for some people half an hour is enough, with others Gospozha Yelya talks for an hour and a half. The price does not change and is known in advance.
The booking is finally confirmed after payment. The format is remote or in person by prior arrangement.
You may reschedule by letting us know at least 24 hours before the appointment. One reschedule is possible at no extra cost.
If the connection fails for technical reasons, the meeting is rescheduled at no extra cost.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the payment is refunded.
For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not attend, the payment is normally not refunded. In exceptional circumstances the matter is handled individually.
If a client is late, the consultation still ends at the scheduled time. The remaining minutes are not carried over.
