This page explains how booking works and what to do if your plans change.
The conversation lasts 10 minutes, is free, and is always held remotely: by phone, on WhatsApp, or on Zoom.
It is offered once to a new client and includes one main question. It does not include a full tarot reading or extended spiritual work.
The consultation lasts 60 minutes and costs $175.
The booking is finally confirmed after payment. The format is remote or in person by prior arrangement.
You may reschedule by letting us know at least 24 hours before the appointment. One reschedule is possible at no extra cost.
If the connection fails for technical reasons, the meeting is rescheduled at no extra cost.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the payment is refunded.
For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not attend, the payment is normally not refunded. In exceptional circumstances the matter is handled individually.
If a client is late, the consultation still ends at the scheduled time. The remaining minutes are not carried over.
Specific outcomes of spiritual work are not promised and may differ in every case.
